Welcome to Wownectar. This agreement outlines the terms of service between Wownectar, a graphic design studio based at 45 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, and you, the user of our services. By engaging with our studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
In these terms, "the Studio," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Wownectar. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity requesting our professional design services. "Services" encompasses branding, logo creation, web design, and visual identity solutions provided by our team.

All projects are defined by a specific scope of work; changes outside this scope may incur additional fees.
Upon full and final payment, Wownectar grants the Client ownership of the final design assets, including logos and visual identity elements. We maintain the right to showcase the work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Transparent billing and project management standards.
Projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion but prior to the delivery of final high-resolution files.
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times. Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project based on the current studio workload and complexity of the brief.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the Client mid-way, a pro-rata fee based on work completed will be applied.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee. Access to final assets will be restricted until all outstanding balances are cleared.
